With well over 350 clients involved in everything from asbestos to Zinfandel, our busy team are always working on a number of interesting and challenging designs and projects. We have clients ranging from small businesses through to some household names.

Position: Web Designer / Web Developer
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire, East Midlands
Salary: £14-16k Basic (Dependent on Experience)

ROLE:
We are currently looking to appoint a designer / developer. Ideally, we are looking for a good 'all rounder' - someone who has the ability to code good CSS, and with good database/programmatic development skills. Ideally, these database development skills will lie with ASP / ASP.NET, however some knowledge of PHP would also be useful in supporting some of our existing projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Fluent CSS using commercial design tools such as Dreamweaver.
b) ASP or ASP.Net.
c) MS SQL Server
d) A genuine passion for Web design and will be able to demonstrate this through a good portfolio of work - either in a commercial environment, or via a personal portfolio.
e) Excellent multi-tasking skills. Be able to work on a variety of projects at any given time and effectively prioritize tasks within project timelines and deadlines.
f) Coordinate with project teams to ensure all client data collection and formatting requirements are met.
g) Highly passionate about web design and technology, expressing interest and drive in learning new techniques and technologies.
h) Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to interact well with other departments
i) Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams, and be flexible within a fast paced and changing environment.
j) Ability to grasp new technologies and skills quickly and efficiently

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) PHP / MySQL.
