MOVING ON

MOVING ON

It's all go at Digital Paint. In just a few short months, as a result of the change in ownership, Digital Paint has expanded, opened another office, moved premises and introduced a number of new services!

The changes started with the buy-out of the company by Magnifico IT at the end of last year. Bringing the two companies together resulted in more staff resources being made available to us to support our customers. Magnifico IT's offices in Nottingham also allowed us the opportunity to open a second office and expand our sales area.

However, with an expanding workforce our offices in Northampton were being put under pressure and the decision was made to source larger and more modern space within the town. We finally settled on Northampton Science Park, a prestigious address in an community of similar high-tech companies.

Our current priority is to improve customer service and we aim to achieve this through the revision of our support packages, basing them on Service Level Agreements. By the time this newsletter hits your in-box you should have received details of how the new contract will improve the service your company receives.

Good communication is important to us too and we have already made a start with this regular newsletter.

We are also improving and expanding the services we offer to include:

  • A dedicated SEO department, helping to keep our customers' sites at the top of search engine listings
  • Partnering with a video production company to provide our customers with cost effective moving images for their site
  • Expanding our digital marketing offering to include the creation and dispatch of newsletters and e-shots
  • Partnering with a talented print company to offer a fast and efficient service at extremely good prices

Most importantly, the priority for Digital Paint is the design and development of eye-catching and effective websites for our customers. Watch out for the release of our own new website in the next few weeks and promotional video!
