  3. Quote a fixed price against the statement of work / functional specification.
  4. Agree graphic design elements.
  5. Build site - site will be made available to the client in a password protected test area, prior to going live in the client's domain
  6. Agree final build and functionality.
  7. Go live!

All sites can be maintained and modified under the terms of an annual maintenance agreement.
