We are improving our website support packages for 2012 to make sure your website is supported throughout the year for as little as £180, that's just £15 per month.
Bolt-on hours can be added to your support package either at the start of the contract or as required. This is explained in more detail below.
Standard Support Package for Brochure Websites
This package is for peace of mind that Digital Paint will technically look after your brochure website for you, so you can concentrate on other areas of your business while knowing your website is in safe hands. By purchasing this package it will allow Digital Paint to provide technical support to our product in the (unlikely) event of a problem occurring and will allow you to facilitate small amendments you wish to make.
Your benefits include:
- Unlimited telephone support direct to our technicians.
- Unlimited technical support for on your website. If the website has a fault we will fix this within the cost of the support contract at no extra charge.
- Use our automated ticketing service to log technical problems by emailing helpdesk@digitalpaint.co.uk from your computer, mobile or tablet device from any place at any time.
- Receive Analytics Reports sent to your inbox on a monthly basis. This will allow you to track performance of the site over the coming year. Do you know how many people are looking at your services? How they found your website? Remember we can offer a number of Digital Marketing services to help you boost traffic including SEO & Social Media Campaigns!
- Upgrade your website and keep it fresh over the period of this contract. Digital Paint include 2 hours worth of website changes and updates within this support package.
